TRAINING DURING THE SCHOOL HOLIDAY PERIOD – 1ST JULY UNTIL 12TH AUGUST
This year swimming will be reduced to two sessions a week over the six-week period of the school holidays. There will be no swimming for Minnows and Piranhas after their last lesson on the 29th June. They will resume normal training when the schools go back in mid-August.
Dolphins and Sharks can train for one-hour a week during the first hour of either the Tuesday or Thursday night session. All senior club swimmers can attend both sessions if they wish. I would encourage swimmers to take a break at some point to ensure that they are rested before the full training programme returns after the holidays.
The sessions are as follows:
TUESDAY NIGHT – 6pm till 8pm
THURSDAY NIGHT – 6pm till 8pm
Training will return to normal on Tuesday 13th August.
